Memories.

An old friend of mine gave me the address to his blog because I wanted my daughter to hear him sing. I was searching for the audio file and got caught up in his HILARIOUS commentary and then in other blogs by his family. One in particular is dedicated to his grandparents. My grandmother and his were very dear friends and my mom speaks often of his grandfather who was quite the character. I stole a picture from one of the blogs that was taken in the town we grew up in. It's actually the view from the east of the house I grew up in. It's a reminder of how fortunate I was to grow up in a town of remarkable people and breathtaking beauty.
